Richard has demonstrated a remarkable talent for health and safety management. Since joining McKay in 2019, Richard’s role has primarily focused on project management for the largest new-build corrections project in New Zealand. This prestigious undertaking showcases his ability to successfully orchestrate multifaceted projects and deliver outstanding outcomes. Richard has also supervised a peak of 65 electrical staff as they completed the electrical works for the Waikeria Prison Redevelopment, further highlighting his skill in leading large teams to achieve project success.

Richard diligently manages strict health and safety, as well as quality standards, in adherence to both McKay’s procedures and head contractor procedures. This attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards ensures that all projects executed under Richard’s leadership are completed to the utmost satisfaction of clients and stakeholders.
